You agree to provide valid government-issued Philippine identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID card. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
phjolly accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, ShopeePay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phjolly reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources.

All transactions on the phjolly Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply for transactions originating from non-PHP payment instruments.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
